In a world where everyday is full of something, this day should be looked upon and should be made special for the main character of our lives i.e our mothers. Mother's Day is celebrated in the honour of motherhood. It is mostly celebrated in the months of March and May. It is of great importance for both mothers as well as children. 

Methods of Celebration:

Celebrations on mother's day can be seen throughout the world in form of school functions, at home celebrations, a day-out and much more. Children make handmade gifts that aways hold a special place rather than the expensive gifts. Some bring gifts and some cut cakes and cook food.

 

Importance of Mother's Day:

 A mother is everything for a child. She is the one the childs seek for after returning home. We can't even count the contributions to our lives. She forgets her desires while fulfilling the wishes of her childeren. For her the whole world is around her children. It is our duty to take care of our mothers, respect and value them. They never expect anything in return for all the love they shower upon us. It is a mother who makes the character and personality of her children. A mother is the first teacher and the first friend of a child. She is the role model for her childeren and the learn from their mothers.
